Anything I can do with my old frozen BM. I don't want to mix it in anything for DD2 to eat because it was from my pre-allergy elimination diet. Will it actually spoil in the freezer, or just have the good properties "go away"? Its nearly 1 yr old.

There's a good chance it has spoiled already. I think it may keep *up to* a year in a trunk freezer if it's not opened often or it may be six months. I personally wouldn't use it. Your LO can't have it because of the allergies anyways and it's getting old. Just my two cents.

I would think it might still be good. Thaw some and see how it smells and tastes. If it seems ok give it to older kids or make something with it.

I JUST thought of doing that!! Made chocolate milk out of it using cocoa powder and xylitol for DD1, froze the rest into popsicles (I hope they came out, after the re-freezing process)
