I'm looking to change my multi-vitamin. I currently take Thorne Prenatal, 1 capsule 3x a day. Its fine but taking it 3x a day is tough for me to remember, even when I stash multiple bottles around the house. It was easier when I worked because I would keep one bottle at home and another on my desk at work, and I had more structure to my days. I eat well but not well enough for me to feel comfortable forgoing a multi vitamin.

I'm looking for a one a day or twice a day vitamin. A prenatal would be fine or a nursing specific one. Preferably capsules instead of tablets. Thanks!

Could you just take them at the same time instead of spacing it out?

It would probably upset my stomach since I do need to take each one with food.
