Aloha Friends!

My son and I have discontinued breastfeeding about 3 months ago and I've noticed i can still produce a little...unsure of how much exactly, but when i squeeze, some still comes out.  I was thinking, if possible, I could try to increase my supply by taking fenugreek, drinking the appropriate teas, etc, whatever I can to bring back my supply, then sell the breastmilk.

Does anyone have any experience with this or have any information/tips??

Mahalo!

i don't know if that is possible. I do know that sometimes we still produce  a little milk even after we stop nursing but not sure if it can fully come back. Have you tried nursing again? Stimulation would be the key. That's what I think. Anyone else?

I'd like to know too! It's been just over 4 months for us, but I'm the same.

I've heard even adoptive mothers can successfully breastfeed so I guess it can be done, I'm just not sure exactly how.
