I am 5 "1, when i sit i am "taller" than my 5 "11 partner. I am searching out natural fiber breastfeeding pillows& they are all like 6". Do people just put that on top of something else? I see how it could be a process of piling, maybe not so sturdy...I am looking into using other positions than sitting, & even got a nursing stool. I dont want to cave into the my breast friend b/c i am sensitive to synthetics. I just wonder what other people do, because i want to avoid back pain. I am realizing this is a huge area of the unknown.
