For this of you who have or are EBFing twins what was your diet like? About how many calories do you think you consume? Any diet tips for keeping up supply? I would like to start eating a more paleo diet after birth but don't want to do anything to hinder supply.

Drinking to thirst and eating nutritious snacks would be the way to go. For one baby you need about 500 extra cals a day. NOT sure if you would need 1000 but that is what I would try for.

Also LLL has a great book about nursing multiples.
