During breastfeeding? All of them or any I should avoid.

I know rescue remedy is a good all rounder,

I'm looking for one that might help ease the grief and anxiety I'm feeling.

Baby is 5 months old (10 weeks Prem)

Thanks.

Me and hubby, plus ds 6, angel dd, little mc angels and finally our little rainbow baby, 30 weeker miracle.

Sienna hi, I take it for anxiety. The alcohol free one. Both my mw and the lcs and an herbalist said it was safe. You can contact your local lll leaders and ask them to check for you. It should be in medication and mothers milk, but not positive. I use the kids one.
