Unpredictable cycles while nursing

Hey ladies! Just curious, were y'all's cycles crazy when they first came back after baby/while nursing? I just started my 4th period and my son is 10 months old. They've been 35, 29, and 25 days apart. Weird! I also have been out of town the past two weeks and just restarted prenatals because I was feeling run down. I know people say that pretty much anything is normal regarding periods while breastfeeding but usually they're referring to long cycles and not shortish ones. (Mine were 27/28 days pre-pregnancy.)

That's pretty normal, yeah. Mine were never quite that sporadic but they have been a little off while I'm nursing. My LO is 19 months old and they're still not quite on track, my last one came almost a week earlier than expected.

My own returned at 32 months and were right on track, I was surprised. I have read though that it is common for one's cycle to be a bit off, even stopping for a few months then restarting, especially if the child is nursing a lot.
