Yellow (almost orange) stuff in spit-up. This has never happened before. His spit-up is always whitish-clear. He just woke up a few minutes ago and so I guess that maybe this is milk that sat in his tummy too long??
Any info or ideas??

On a website I remember seeing a list of things to consult a Dr about and I think that was on the list. Fingers crossed, hopefully I am wrong.

While I have seen bile vomited up that was quite yellow, it usually seems to come from really vomiting and not simply spitting up. I'd call the nurse advice line just to be on the safe side.

DS had that happen once, too. Very dark yellow. I took him to the ER because he'd had abdominal surgery after birth and I was worried about intestinal blockage, but it turned out he was fine.

I'd call the doctor if it happens more than once and he hasn't pooped recently. It could point to a blockage in the intestinal tract.
If it happened only once and he seems to be handling food OK after that, then I wouldn't worry.
