Take the time to heal from your marriage before you move on with someone else. Make a list of all the qualities you would like in a new partner and then work on growing that way yourself. ~mandib50

Might sound crazy but Krispy Kreme original glazed doughnuts, I get at least 2 oz extra after I eat one.

If you are intereseted you can get a book called Mother Food from Hilary Jacobsen. It has scads of info about lactogenic foods and herbs used throughout history, including dosages and recipes for certain things.

some ideas
barley water is a gentle but effective (for some) galactogogue (there's a recipe in the book)

almonds, almond butter

high calcium foods.
lots of protein

brewer's yeast

It doesn't sound crazy to me at all. In fact, that effect has made me quite overweight. Now I want to lose weight and figure out a diet that will allow me to reduce my calories while retaining or even improving my milk supply. I have used crutches similar to Krispy Kreme for too long, and it shows.
