my number one Question is how do you feel? are you tired? grumpy? slow? if the answer is no, then try to add smoothies, healthy cookie type bars, fruit, nuts or even treat yourself to your favorite "junk" every once in a while.
when I was nursing my first (13 years ago) I was 19 and lost a lot of weight chasing the babe and nursing and I was talked into stopping nursing by my doctor, he wore me down with lectures about my weight. in hind sight I totally regret doing so..I really felt fine.
maybe if you increase your calories with liquids, it won't feel so much like force feeding yourself!
