Hi- I have an 8 month old & I am having gall bladder surgery next week. It is day surgery & should be home that day. I was told to pump & dump. Was wondering if that is correct? Also, My dd isn't wild about bottles, but will take one if prodded (only 3 oz at the most), wondering at what point I can nurse again.
Can I not pump & nurse her the next day? Or do I have to pump to get the bad milk out? My doctor is no help!
