What could this be? It started aching last night in the middle of the night. Like I'd been sleeping on it-but I hadn't. There are no hard spots at all...no redness. This has happened before-same breast and eventually it went away. I also noticed that it has itched a lot today. Is this wierd? or is it something obvious by my description?

Thanks

I guess I was figuring w/o the redness or hard spots, that it was something wierd....after reading that link,it sounds like it is probably milk not flowing freely. The way my ds has good/bad nights sleeping/nursing...it makes sense.

Today it is better...then again...I was up again all night nursing my little teether!

Your discomfort is probably way resolved by now, but if it happens again, try wearing a cabbage leaf inside your bra. It helped me when I had a very sore plugged duct. Blessings!
