My dd normally wakes up about now to nurse and she is sound asleep. I got up because I just kept lying there wide awake. I need my prolactin to help me sleep. Hopefully she will wake up soon.

I fall asleep much more quickly if DS wakes up to nurse! Thank goodness for prolactin, huh?

I posted the same thing not too long ago
Do you need to nurse to sleep?

It is nice to know I am not the only one
