some things do alter the color of your milk, but it's not worth dumping your gold!

The other day my milk was orangy, I'm sure it was due to all the yams I was eating. Another time it was bluish, don't know why, buy obviously something I ate! Also I've seen pinkish, yellowish, never brown yet. I wonder what you ate? I would not dump it if I were you.

BM is typically bluish, but I wouldn't worry about color changes, but I would taste it to see if there is a difference.

Yes, your breast milk's color and taste will change according to what we eat. Our lucky bfed babies get a varied tasty diet. Then we can also skip feeding them bland jarred baby glop, and they will take right to full flavored table foods. It's all good.
