I have been drinking a lot of herbal teas lately, like celestial seasonings - chamomile, sleepytime, tension tamer, almond sunset... mostly those. I make about 3 cups (using the same tea bag) in one day. Should I not?

Most of the Celestial Seasoning type herbal teas are fine. Mint and sage can lower your milk supply; fenugreek can increase it. Those are the ones I know off the top of my head.
