I'm interested in taking coconut oil after baby is born. Is it okay to take while breastfeeding? I know it can be a weight loss aid and I don't want it interfering with baby gaining.

I am breastfeeding and I eat a tablespoon of this every day. I have not noticed any ill effects with me or the baby. He has not lost weight - he has continued to gain. I've heard that coconut oil is supposed to make breast milk more satisfying because it contains good fats.
