Something happened to me that is totally new. I am BF my 3rd child currently and rarely have had problems. I am large-breasted, probably a FF cup now (not that I really know), and my breasts are large and soft and saggy. Today I noticed two small sores under my breast, more on my high rib cage and I could only imagine it's from my breast rubbing against it, or my very poorly fitting nursing bra (I use the Anita, it's the most comfortable). It doesn't have underwires. It's below where an underwire would hit, anyway.

Any thoughts?

I put on some neosporin and bandaids but they're falling off now, probably due to moisture/sweat.

Maybe you could use some kind of soothing ointment or oil. Coconut oil has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. I would wash and dry very well the area first. Hope it gets better soon.
