Bumping this to see if anyone can help with this question - it's a homeopathic remedy that helps when you feel an onset of the flu or a cold coming on. Does anyone take it or know of it's safety when breastfeeding? Or have any suggestions of other ways to ward off colds and the flu? TIA!
