I followed it during pregnancy and then stopped, but I've been feeling like I'm not eating enough to keep up my strength and energy lately (DD is 10 months).

Anyone know if it is OK to follow while breastfeeding?

I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't be safe.

Other than the fact that it's a whole lot of dairy, I think it would be pretty well fine. If your babe isn't senstive to dairy, then no issue that I can think of.

hmn, I would love to hear the responses. I tried a lower carb diet for three days and almost lost my milk so I will not be trying any diets for a long time...I want to, but I'm too scared!

Well, Brewer's isn't a diet to lose weight, it's a diet to make sure you're getting enough of the right things when pregnant. But it is dairy-heavy as a PP mentioned.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I don't thin you have to do the heavy dairy. I think those are just suggestions to up your protein intake. It's been a while since I looked at it though.
