Is it ok to take kelp pills while breastfeeding I know thery are a source of iodine just want to make sure it's safe

I had a fever of 105 for almost 5 days and took tons of tylenol and ibuprofen so I want to heal my liver and other organs that might have been affected. I"m taking alfalfa and B-complex along with probiotics with my antibiotics (Diagnosed with Lyme) anyone know if Kelp is safe?

I don't see anything on Dr. Thomas Hale's website Do you have access to his book, Medications and Mother's Milk? I'm at home, and my copy is at work.
