My Lansinoh tube that I originally bought with DD1 is still a third full, but totally expired.

This is our last baby so honestly I hate to buy more Lansinoh since clearly it's a lot of cream and didn't even get used after 2 babies.

Any favorites? Especially ones you don't have to worry about baby ingesting?

I've used breastmilk on the few occasions my nipples have been drier than normal.

I like Earth mama's angel baby products and there is not a ton of cream so that might be a good volume to buy

Breastmilk, for sure. I never used a drop of cream but expressed a bit of milk after each nursing session, rubbed it around & let it air dry. At least for the first few crucial weeks. You can actually see the shiny, protective coating!

Motherlove nipple cream really helped me when I was all torn up with tiny cuts from thrush.
organic, safe to ingest, no allergens, etc.

Hm, I used Lansinoh but I never noticed that it could expire!

adding, if it is expired, don't chuck it - use it to lanolize wool diaper covers.
