I haven't been here much, but I have been spotting for a couple weeks and a u/s last week showed no heartbeat and the baby stopped developing around 7-8 weeks, so I will be miscarrying sometime soon. I am not sure when we'll be trying again, but good luck to everyone and I hope no one else has to post a thread like this.

Sleepy mom of two (DS-11, DD-8). 5 lost: 9/2004, 3/2005, 3/2013, 8/2014, ectopic loss @ 6 weeks 11/2014

I'm sending you a big hug. I lost a child as well more than twelve years ago. Try wwwshare atlanta .org. They have some good tips on coping. Be kind to yourself.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I experienced this with my 1st pregnancy, and I was a little shocked because I hadn't given much thought to miscarriage. They did a D/C on me to clear out my uterus. I found much comfort in Philippians 4:6-7 at that time. I hope you are okay.

so sorry Steph........ I have also been through this and it is a terrible thing...take care of yourself & try to get lots of rest. If you feel like it, I suggest visiting the Pregnancy Loss board here at Mothering, they are wonderful women.

Steph,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

I actually read your post a day or two ago and couldn't bring myself to type anything then. I have had two miscarriages, one at about 7 weeks and one at almost 13 weeks. They are so very hard no matter when they happen. Please take care of yourself. I will be thinking about you.

Pamela

Mama to ds (8 yrs), ds (5 yrs), ds (3 yrs) and ds (3 yrs).
