I am just wondering how everyone is/has prepared for their births?

I took basic (horrible) hospital Lamaze with my first child and luckily dh and I were very intune and had done lots of relaxation practice on our own and followed instincts and had natural birth using nothing from class!

We took the 12 week Bradley Husband-coached childbirth classes with second pregnancy and this was so well worth it even though we had done it before. I felt so empowered, learned even more, and had a great natural birth experience.

Baby 3 was same in birth center and we had done all our old Bradley practices and such. This time for baby 4 same plan and I have been rereading my two Bradley books again in addition to the practice relaxation and other exercises.

Oh, I am fairly new so I'll add that I am Lani, obviously 4th child, due in early April.

I took a 12 week Bradley course with my DH. We loved it.

DH and I did the class at our birth center, based on Birthing From Within.
