hear hear on the sleep. Sat I went to bed at 5:30 PM and didn't get up until 7:30 the next morning. Bless my DH for being so caring....

oh, and I'm off to get some Jolly Ranchers. CNM said they do wonders for nausea and they taste better than the preggo-pops!

What does the apple cider vinegar or lemon do for nausea? Tell me!!!
I've just been drinking raspberry-ginger tea and trying to eat protein.

1. Sleep
2. accupressure wrist bands for nausea--they seem to really be helping so far, when I wear them
3. sparkling water for nausea
4. DH
5. soup

How do you take the vinegar? In water? By itself? I'm willing to try anything.

i Put apple cider vinegar (like a tbsp or two.) in some water and you can add honey to make it taste good. this has always helped with any nausea or upset stomach i get, esp. by eating too much! its helping me more than ginger ale right now because the ginger ale makes me more nauseous becuase its carbonated, and i'm so not used to carbonated stuff.

Jolly Ranchers, huh? that sounds good, i think i'll have to try that!

and olives, Raven. Is that a craving or a remedy?

oh and jenn, one of mine SHOULD be exercise. why can't i get motivated???
