I was taking rainbow light pre-natal and the good morning pill but about 5 days ago I forgot to take it before bed and the next day was less nautious. Is is vital that I take take the pre-natal right now?
I had some days where I really couldn't take the big prenatal. I still had some folic acid 800 mcg from when I was ttc. It's a tiny pill, so I could still take then when nauseated, and didn't want to skip it in the first trimester (even though it's most important at conception and for a couple of weeks after).
