I don't want to make you feel bad, I have only done a few kegels so far but now that it looks like this M/S will be easing up I want to start with something.

I am also interested in a Pregnancy pilates tape or book. I love pilates, and have been doing some moves every once in a while, but I'd like a modified version. I have a yoga tape that I do, although I've turned it on less than 5 times! I have started doing some strength exercises, such as squats and leg lifts when I think about it, cause my butt is getting BIG!

Does sitting on my butt qualify as excercise.

I walk occasionally. I am trying to get back into the habit of going at least 4x a week. However, the weather really helps me be lazy.

So far other than running around after my two very active boys, I got to Yoga once a week. We joined the local YMCA just after I found out I was pregnant and they have a great childwatch center that both boys love, so IF I could get my behind out of the apartment and actually over there more than once a week I would be able to do a lot more. I even have a training program set up for me from one of their trainers, I just have to go do it. Shameful I know!
Kegels are second nature to me though. Ever since I had a bit of *cough* incontinence issues after #2 I have done them religiously.

I have really been trying the past few weeks, and managing to exercise about 4 days a week so far. I've been doing the Firm, with lighter weights and only doing 30-40 minutes. I desperately want to be walking on the other days, but would have to wait until DH gets home and by then it is pitch black outside. Ds and I go on walks during the day, but he won't ride in the stroller for long enough for me to get much exercise--he wants to walk, so it is pretty slow-paced.

I'm part of the sitting on your butt club :LOL

Now that I"m not puking all the time, I'm hoping to start walking at least 4-5X a week.

Half-marathon running Mommy to 3 spunky girls and 1 sweet boy. Spending my days and nights where my kids need me most- at home with them!!
