i've heard their scammy, any thoughts? been offered a position selling/offering coaching services to writers.

Everything I see about them from legitimate writing-related websites seems to warn writers to stay away from the company. They're apparently on the Writers Beware warning list and there are a couple threads about them at
absolutewrite.com, both of which I would trust. Also some warnings on the forums at writers.net (though I don't know anything about writers.net itself). They seem to be a vanity publisher in the same group as "Writers' Literary Agency" which has a really bad reputation.

Anyhow... I would say if you're looking for a legitimate company to work for, this isn't it. Sorry
