Openings and closings

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you all know, opening lines determine whether or not the reader will pick up your book, or put it down...

Write a few compelling opening lines/ paragraphs, then carry it further to write a powerfull closing line.

Use your imaginations, keep us hooked, make us want you to continue...drive us crazy.

The little girl woke from a deep sleep to the sensation of weight beside her, when she opened her eyes it was an enormous spider.

Stars pierced the dark night, she realized they were made brighter because there was no moon.

Shuffling away, trying to be quiet in her slippers, she left their bedroom for the last time.
