I haven't been in a writing mood. Even though I have a book I'm reworking and I really need to get it done. I *know* I need to get it done! How do you schedule yourself???

Well,I hate to say it, but I just force myself to do it for an hour and a half. (I usually find 45 minute sessions with a 10 minute break work well for me)

Sometimes, it's like cleaning the bathroom or washing the floor. I NEED to do it. Once I do that for 1 day, I usually feel inspired again.

Right now I'm outlining and writing a bit on a 'what if' scenario dh and I have discussed previously.. it's not exactly publication-worthy, but it's getting me back into writing every day, researching, fleshing out characters, and that sort of thing. And it's a bit cathartic to go over what might have been and realize that as nice as that may have been, what is is what is meant to be and incredible in it's own right...
