Hi,

I wondered if anyone else has experiece writing articles at mechturk. It does not pay very much. I have found the requesters to be very variable in what they do and do not accept. I also get the feeling that some requesters are 'rejecting' the articles, but still using them.

I just wondered whether anyone else has any experience there.

I've written a few articles for Mechanical Turk HITs. It's true that they don't pay well at all, but I just approach them as writing practice. The buck or two an hour is just icing on the cake

I've found that following the instructions to the letter is the key to getting the article accepted. Some of the better paying requesters are very strict about their requirements, but if you follow them carefully your article is likely to be accepted.

HI,

I have seen them as practice too, but have now managed to 'earn' a copy of 'Writer Mama'. I am pleased with that!
