Hi ladies. I thought I would just introduce myself. I have been lurking while I make up my mind about this whole world of freelance!

By day I am an asset manager for a world wide bank. By night I am a freelance writer. I am trying to transition from full time WOH to full time freelancing.

So far I have put up a website (85% finished) and am in the process of getting business cards made. My goal is to transition when my DH graduates from school (December '08). I have a few small clients now, but none of them are long term repeat clients, which is a goal of mine.

I am focusing on writing web content, brochures, business plans and the like. Any insight or ideas you all have are greatly appreciated!!

I've had exactly one article published, not counting Suite, but I want your advice! What kind of writing do you do? How do you find your clients? I'm curious about writing brochures, how did you get into that?

If decomposition persists please see your necromancer.
