Mostly on paper I think. I would also like to write somethings for my suitcase project

http://suitcaseexhibit.org/indexhasflash.html

I was invited by my community mental health office to create my own recovery suitcase.

I've never been much of a writer but my posts here at MDC have been giving me the itch and I don't have a clue about writing. It hasn't ever been a great interest of mine. I'm much more 3d creative.

thoughts?

If you haven't already, jump on over to the journaling thread. There you will find writing prompts and journaling support. I am myself a journaling instructor so ask me anything you like, I should be able to give you some guidance. My number 1 piece of advice is to pick up a pen and just write and DO NOT censor yourself. Start with something like "At this point in my life, I...." Or if you want to do something a little more creative try doing an alpha poem. Write the letters of the alphabet down the page and write whatever words or phrases come to you according to the letter.

Good luck!

I absolutely loved the book Write Your Heart Out when I first got into journaling.
