My mom has been wanting to buy my son an easel for a long time and she just mentioned it again. I was searching for an alternative to the standing type and then came across this one on the nova site. Anyone know how this differs from a traditional table easel? Also, how would this work for wet on wet painting? If it's the same as ones at michaels then I'll just have her buy there with a discount coupon. thanks!

Ma (26) to a happy boy 04.07 and due with another 01.11 ~ finally marrying my HS sweetie 02.12!

The nova one is their traditional flat wet on wet board that can be propped up for other media using the new easel piece. I don't know how well it works but LO is getting it for Christmas.
