I can report what it looks like at our house. We're using the Enki curriculum presently, but it has numerous similarities to Waldorf, which is what we were doing before. We have very minimal media--half an hour or so. We do movement work each day--a circle time and/or walk, special movements to integrate the senses, and fingerplays. There is a set rhythm to each day, activities that breathe in and breathe out, with pauses in between. This means something rowdy or busy, a song, and then something more focused or quiet. We tell or read stories, sing a lot of songs, have time outside each day, and encourage lots of creative play.
