I'm very new to Waldorf but find it just the thing I've been looking for! Anyway, I have a few questions that I'm hoping can be answered.

-Do you do word boxes by theme?

-What sort of things do you put on your nature table? Do you generally change the season on the solstice?

-Does anyone know where I can buy used resources?

TIA for your help!

Hi Jenn, There are quite a few good yahoo groups that you can purchased used waldorf supplies, toys and resources on. If you'd like, surf over to http://www.yahoogroups.com, and the groups you'd be looking for are waldorfcurriculumsupplies, ecobarter, naturallivingswap, naturalmamabarter, waldorfstuff, waldorfcurriculum-supplies, I think that's it!

I'm not really sure about the word boxes question, perhaps you could clarify?

For the nature table I feel the best approach is to slowly and near continously, make small changes to the nature table as the local seasons around you change, not as dictated by a certain date. For example, when the grass is greening, time to add a green playsilk as the base of your scene.

HTH!
