My fellow pregnant friend's friend is a homeopathic doctor and she recommended the following to help bring along labour once we're full-term:

- Pulsatilla 1m (try this first and if it doesn't work, wait two days before trying the others)
- Caulophyllum 200
- Sabina 200

Apparently, these can be bought at a health food store and are totally natural and safe.

Anyone hear of these?

Also, I noticed a lot of mention of EPO in the red raspberry leaf tea thread and was wondering how this should be taken... ie. when should I start it (I'm 34 weeks today) and how much should I take per day? Should I increase dosage or keep it constant?

As for the red raspberry leaf tea, how much should I drink?

Thanks tons in advance!

I keep meaning to call my homeopath about what to take, but I have started taking EPO once orally and at 36 weeks will also take it once vaginally to ripen my cervix. That's how much my midwife recommended I take, so that's what I'll do.

I make RRL iced tea and just drink it through the day, it would equal about 2-3 hot cups. It's yummy with nettle leaf tea and lemon and sugar.

Non Practicing Midwife, going back to school! Mamma to my 3 loves, living each day to the fullest.

I know that pulsatilla can be used to help turn a breech baby.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?
