I keep having these muscle cramps on the sides of my belly. Mostly the right side though. Just like when you have been running. Never ever have I had this before. Think I should be worried? Anyone else have this?

I have been getting that too! Only mine are on the left side. I keep thinking that baby is just stretching things out in there so that she has more room. Sorry I have no idea what the cause is, and I don't see my mw to ask her for another week. Since she is on vacation I can't call her and ask either. *sigh* I don't think it is anything to worry about though.

I get those pains right where my legs and torso meet (LOL - I'm sure there's a real world to describe that area, but apparently my brain is unable to work this morn!). Mostly when I am lying the wrong way or try to move and pick up my toddler too fast.

Well this is day 3 with it. Its almost constant so I am thinking I pulled a muscle or strained a ligament. I'll have to go see my chiro and see if he can help me. Picking stuff up and twisting really bother it so I am gonna really relax today and see if that helps any. Every pg an adventure. :LOL

I've heard the round ligament pains described in most of those ways--a running cramp, a pulled muscle, etc. Mine always feel like a runner's cramp too. Some days they last all day, other times I get them when I stand up too fast or sneeze while laying down (or when I have to go to the bathroom, LOL!). Try and take it easy, I hope it feels better soon!

Count me in! I posted a thread about this last week:

The pain has gotten a little bit better...but once I go through another growth spurt, I expect it to return

Hang in there!

Well I dug out my maternity support girdle and ahhhh relief! So in case anyone else is experiencing constant pain you might want to try one. It does get hot but I can deal with that more than the pain!
