I've heard the round ligament pains described in most of those ways--a running cramp, a pulled muscle, etc. Mine always feel like a runner's cramp too. Some days they last all day, other times I get them when I stand up too fast or sneeze while laying down (or when I have to go to the bathroom, LOL!). Try and take it easy, I hope it feels better soon!
