I'm 6 weeks and a few days now and suddenly the nausea is gone. Now I'm panicking, is the baby ok? i should just be happy not to be nauseaus right? Do your symptoms come and go?

that's a good question. pg is a tricky thing, and so are those hormones. you can always call your dr/mw and talk to them about it if it helps elleviate your fears. best wishes.

Yes, it's possible for them to do that.

I had that happen with my 3rd dd. It FREAKED me out! Two months before I was preg. with her I had a m/c. The next day I was pukey again!!!

The craziness of pregnancy... who'd ever think they'd worry about not being nauseous. I had a morning like that. And there are days like that until you get so big you can't help but feel pregnant. Then you get to worry about if the baby is moving enough. The stress of pregnancy doesn't completely go away until they put that perfect little bundle in your arms.

i agree. some days i feel really good. other days I feel seasick all day long. And for most people, eventually the nausea does go away. I had morning sickness in the evenings with my first from 5-8 weeks, and i had it all day long with my 2nd from week 8 to week 19. This time it started up in week 4, and its all day sickness too.
