Are you going to do a belly cast? I did with Aidan but it got broken when we moved.
We didn't buy a kit or anything we just used vasoline plaster of paris and newspaper. It came out great.
Word of advice if you decide to do this do it sitting or standing it comes out better than lying down and make sure you shave down there. lol If you get plaster of paris in your hair down t here it hurts sooooo bad to get it out.

A friend at work gave me a belly casting kit, so we will be making one I'm not sure when to do it, probably a few weeks before I'm due?? Thanks for the advice about shaving!

I want to do one this time! Not sure what I'll do with it afterward tho. Probably will be something I put back as a keepsake for myself.

I kind of want to, but I cannot imagine what the heck we'd do with it afterward. Likely we'll be moving as early as January, and I can imagine what government movers could do to a plaster cast--they managed to put a huge dent in the side of our crockpot! That, and I'm not precisely a small woman...and I'm rather, ah, well-endowed...It doesn't seem too practical. I always want to do one, and I never do.

Of course, I can just see my younger daughter trying to latch on while the plaster was still setting! :
