I woke up last night with the worst indigestion. I tried to get it to go away, but it didn't. I finally, just went back to bed.
When I woke up this morning, the indigestion was gone, but my stomach was so sick.
Now, I'm afraid to eat!
I had a bowl of applesauce, and that was okay. I added a little wheat germ to hopefully get a little bit of protein in. Later, I had a yogurt, and I felt sick later.
What should I try to eat? I feel so blah, and I'm afraid to eat. And I need to get a decent amount of protein in each day.
I drank plenty of water, and had some tea earlier, but still feel ugh.
