Can't wait, can't wait, CAN'T WAIT!!!

Last couple of seasons, we go see the season premiere or finale at the Alamo theatre where we can drink & watch. It's really cool to see it with a big group that is excited too.

I'm so aggravated that there seems to be such a long gap in btwn seasons. They better not do a bunch of re-runs or, "specials" again.

That's the whole point of such long gaps between seasons. No re-runs. They discovered in S2 or so that 1. no one watched the re-runs and 2. they just confused people and made it hard to keep up. This show is one that is meant to be watched from beginning to end, episodes don't make sense out of order.

I can't speak for the stupid specials, though. There are always a couple of those, but usually they precede a real episode.

Probably just 2 hours, but I can't say for sure. Usually that first hour is a re-cap of the previous season.

PS- Can I just say? I freakin' love me some Sawyer. So. Hot.

PPS- I hate Jack. Suck it, cry baby.

Let the debate continue!

After the great Season 4, I'm really looking forward to this season.

Ha! I agree wholeheartedly. But at the same time, I think Sawyer deserves WAY better than Kate. I say let Jack have her.

I don't think that Kate deserves either Jack or Sawyer. I've always found her completely selfish and I think that they deserve better.

I'm really, really hoping that Sun is still alive and somehow made it off of that boat before it exploded. What a beautiful reunioned that would be.

Hey, I've just had a thought. When Locke visited Jack in the last season warning him, was he in a wheelchair?

Peace

I think Kate is painfully flawed. I can't say I agree with half of her messed up actions... but I think most of us (or maybe just I ) can relate to running from our demons and being scared to open up to other people.

That makes me so mad ... I totally depend on the re-runs (especially the ones they used to show just before the show ... that way if i missed a week i could just watch two the next week) and also its fun to re-watch and see what you missed ...

DH also thinks Jin is alive.

I think Sawyer's nicknames are the funniest part of the show.

Anyone read about the time loop theory here? A friend doesn't completely agree with it and has his own theory, but the theory fills some gaps, if it's right.

Seems like most of this season will take place off-island...do you think so?

P.S. I heard the writers have the ending locked in a safe in the event they die before the show gets made!

I too am excited for Lost
I am also wishing i would have paced myself and not watched all the seasons super fast after renting them from the library. I could have still been watching if I made myself slow down.
I can't say I like Kate- but Jack needs to get a clue. He's too busy being messed up to see what is going on...

I hope Jin is alive. Him and Sun were my favorite characters. Besides Claire and Charlie.

Due with number 5 in August. We do all that crunchy stuff.

I had to stop reading this thread part way through since we're just on season 4 on dvd and I don't want to know what happens!

What is your guess as to how much of this next season will take place off island? Seems like it'll take a while for Jack and Ben to gather everyone up. Unless there is a lot of going back and forth from what happened on the island after they left concurrently with the group going back.

We just finished season 4 online tonight....

I'm very excited for the new season to start. I spent the break rewatching the previous seasons, and it still wasn't enough. I'm tempted to start them again.

What is the official word on watching Lost in Canada this season? I heard CTV is no longer going to show it, but A Channel is (whatever that is), but why can't I just watch it on ABC?

It should be on ABC.com on their online viewer. That is how I am planning to watch it. I hate having to wait an extra day, and have to avoid message boards for a day until I can see the episode, but I don't have cable, and I just recently get a tv, but only for DS to watch videos when mama is having a meltdown.

Formerly single Mama to the zaniest boy on the block, born on my birthday on 3/28/07. Soon to be Mama to a new little and can't wait to bfinfant.gif and femalesling.GIF and familybed1.gif again!

: So excited for Season 5!

We bought Season 4 on DVD when it came out last month. Has anyone else watched the special features that came with it? Some really interesting things. They took all the flash forwards and played them in chronological order (I haven't seen that one yet, but DH said it was interesting and helpful) and a 'mockumentary' about the Oceanic Six.

Wife to a great DH, SAHM to 3 great kids

Nope, haven't seen those. We watched season 4 online over the past couple months. DH just got into Lost this fall and we watched four seasons together! haha.
