I just saw the episode where Jordyn-Grace was born and at the part where they were having a meeting about naming the baby I noticed Anna was sitting in Josh's lap and was really surprised to see that. I didn't think Jim Bob and Michelle would be ok with PDAs like that, but I guess they are. Anyway I thought it was really cute they're still all lovey And I finally found out why the baby was a C-section.

I don't think the parents have any problems with PDA after the wedding. Anyone else wondering when they will announce that Anna is pregnant?

Is she pregnant or was that a guess? I've been wondering too...

Did anyone see the preview for the new one Tuesday where they have no power for 6 days? I can't imagine having that many kids and no power, it's bad enough when it's just the three of us here. I cannot wait to see that episode!

I'm kind of wondering if she is pregnant yet?? I think we would hear about it from gossip websites or even the Today show long before we would see it on the show. I'll keep watching!!

I love how Jim Bob went sledding with the kids. I just thought that was so cute. Plus I love how he handled the mess. He could have whined and complained, but he just kept saying how thankful he was the house was ok and they'd clean it up, have some firewood and then go help others.

Poor Jordyn. I would have been a hysterical mess. Seeing her in the hospital made me go hug my own peanut.

I'm watching tonight's episode of "18 Kids and Counting" and it starts off with them forgetting to purchase diapers. WHY, if they have so many kids, don't want to be in debt, buy used and saved the difference...do they NOT cloth diaper?!

I think they do cloth or had clothed. THey use the walmart brand diaper in one episode but another one shows a huge diaper cake with cloth diapers. I know for the storm they were showing we were with out lights for 3 weeks, Kinda hard to wash.dry diapers that way......:

Might be just one of those things that they don't do? I know if I had that many kids adding more laundry might just be more then I could handle!

They already have so much laundry adding diapers to that would be a lot more work.

I ask myself that question everytime I see that little blurp pop up saying how many diapers they use.

They were using the generator from the bus to do the rest of their laundry, why not diapers?

I don't think an extra load or 2 a week is going to make that much work for them. They have plenty of kids to take care of that, don't they ?

thanks-sorry to get off topic. back ON topic...

She should totally cloth diaper, even if just for $$ reasons, let alone the earth. But I don't think she does. I think that diaper cake was just kinda like a stock image maybe? I think she's great anyway. Don't agree with her religious views among a lot of other things, but she's nice and a good mom. Somebody should've really turned her onto cloth diapers though. Think of all the waste!

This is totally speculation though...

Cloth diapering was just too much for me to handle, and I only have 4 kids. I can totally understand why they use 'sposies.

Eh I would find cloth diapering easier if I had kids who did all the laundry like she does.

News Flash!!

They are going to be on the Today show tomorrow, according to what I heard on TV. I believe I heard them saying something like "can she do it again?" ... so who's pregnant? Michelle or Anna

...

What if they're BOTH pregnant?!

My money is actually on both of them. I never watch the Today show, but I think I will tomorrow simply because I'm curious to see who is pregnant this time.

Me with my baby girl Maeleigh (Oct 08) and My (step) baby girl Whren (May 05) in Heaven with her mommy .. And introducing our little JuneBug (June 10) We heard the !!!

I was just discussing this with my husband-we were wondering if it was a pregnancy or perhaps one of the older kids getting married-maybe Jana?

She did look like she was showing a little in the el salvador episode. it also seemed like she was avoiding the camera in the kirk cameron episode. I don't think Michelle is pregnant. It seems really soon. She just gave birth in Dec!

The_lissa- ITA! She just has them and passes them off as soon as the new one comes to an older sibling and calls it the "buddy" system. Maybe the kids who DO the laundry got together and voted, "NO". I can't watch them. :shudders:

fyi - mrs duggar has said that she is one of those women who's cycle comes back pretty early postpartum inspite of nursing. She says that she usually gets pregnant when the baby at the time is around 9mo inspite of breastfeeding.

The kids all have jobs that they do. I believe it's some of the older girls who do the laundry so it wouldn't be more work for Michelle. They already have so many loads of laundry to do, what's a few more?

I wish they did cloth diaper. That would be a really good example to show the rest of America and hopefully it would inspire others to do the same.
