The Tracy Ullman show (with the early Simpsons shorts)!

Oh, she was SOOOOO funny!!!!!

Mystery Science Theatre
X-Files
Sex in the City
Kids in the Hall

Electric Company ("Spider Man...nobodyknowswhoyouare...")

OMG- the Tick!!! Dh and I used to watch it when ds was just a tiny baby. It was right after Sam and Max, which was also pretty hilarious. Saturday morning cartoons have really gone down hill.

I'm sure there are more...

MST3K- With Joel and Mike (Comedy Central years) They shorts were the absolute best!

Kids in the Hall- I'm crushing your head

Freaky Links- No catchy oneliner, just a neat show that Fox never gave a chance to.

For those that don't know, Sam and Max are from an old (1993?) Lucasarts game, Sam and Max Hit the Road. Excellent game, hilarious.

I only mention this because Lucasarts recently CANNED the sequel to that game.

Sorry, didn't mean to derail. Carry on!

I also loooooooved Andy Richter Controls the Universe. I can not figure out why that show didn't catch on, it was hilarious.

I also have one reality show submission.... THE AMAZING RACE!! My dh and I were addicted to that show. I would go through withdrawl all week until the next episode. I actually wanted to get on that show, but I got knocked up instead.

Some more obscure MTV shows I miss like crazy:

Sifl & Olly (ROCK!)
The State (Michael Ian Black & the pants skit)
Austin Stories (Noooooooooopey)

I thought these shows were witty and clever...now they're gone. I've seen the players from The State in other things since then. And Sifl & Olly are the hottest sock puppets ever. Sigh.

I also miss all the game shows. Remember when there were a billion of them on regular network tv?

Me too! I really wanted to be on it, too. Can imagine how tired they must have been at the end of those? Are they not going to do more of them?

HOMEFRONT!

My god did I love that show. I watched every episode and got so into the story,,and am still sad that it is off the air to this day.

And secondly, NORTHERN EXSPOSURE.

I'd love to know what Ed is up to these days, ya know?

Ginger. I missed the episode where Anne and Al had their baby while out in a cabin with the Sloans--or something like that. I just remember seeing the previews and missed the actual show. I was hoping I'd catch it on a re-run, but I didn't.

I also missed the episode of ER where Carol had her twins, and I've never seen a re-run of that either. Maybe one day.
