this morning at 6am i was possesed to turn on the tv. dd was up and we were at my moms' place in sacramento. i turn on animal planet and this english guy is talking about alligators . he is actually in the florida everglades with them! I never have seen this show befor , but isn't it very dangerous to be that close to gators? won't they attack you? or is that just a myth?


fans of this show , can you enlighten me?

Guess I should watch less TV maybe. :LOL

I saw that show this morning. It wasn't Crocodile Hunter it was some British photographer that is doing wildlife shows now. Forgot his name, I didn't like him very much.

Whew! I was actually afraid there might be someone out there who didn't know who the Croc Hunter was. Not that Mr. Irwin hasn't taken *all* possible pains to familiarize himself to 100% of the population. :

I think the guys name was Nigel Something-or-Other. He was in the swamp completely covered in mud and muck, yuk!

Okay, so the guuy you saw wasn't Steve Irwin but I just have to say I love SI because he's always in his buff colored boy scout uniform, even when he goes swimming! He's just too fun!
