It premiers tonight!  I can't wait!  I'm so excited they brought back Russell.  He's been my favorite player of all time.  I'm not so excited to see Rob again, but I hope they will try to work together (at least until the merge).

Yeah, Phillip has some major issues.  He is obviously not a good player.  Already trying to blow up his alliance.  Ugh.  What a fool.

Glad Survivor is back!  It's one of the few shows DH and I can watch together!  I feel of two minds about the return (YET AGAIN) of Rob and Russell.  I do think they are great players, and it's an interesting dynamic to have two returning players along with the rest of the cast of new players.  But gosh, the 4th time for Rob and the 3rd for Russell? That's a bit much!!  Can we move on??

I couldn't believe the foolishness of Kristina, running and telling her alliance about the idol!  Come on!  Have you never seen the show before?  Nothing good ever comes of that!  You find it with no clues, and spill the beans, and ruin everything.  I was sorry to see FrancesQua go, but I could tell she'd be earning R & R's ire when she spoke up about them right at the beginning.

And Phillip, with his dry mouth getting treatment!  LOL

I'm sure Phillip's former co-workers are glad that he's there and not working with them anymore.  Sir, you aren't interrogating your fellow tribemates.  They haven't done anything wrong (until tribal council when they lied their a$$'s off to you).  Get some people skills.

Boston Rob:  swoon!

And his comments about his tribemates:  Amateurs!

TOTALLY glad to see Boston Rob and Russell again-I think they will really spice things up. I always wonder if people have EVER watched a show before going on it-like in Amazing Race when neither person on the team can drive a stick shift car-c'mon-you KNOW you are going to have to at some point!! I would have loved to be inside Rob's head during tribal council.

I hope they both stick around for a LONG time-in fact I'd love to see Rob win it. I think he's improved as a player and seems less sneaky than he did the 1st time, while still obviously playing the game. And I'd love to see Russell come in 2nd to Rob's win-I think he'd have apoplexy!!!

Me too!!!!  But he'll have to actually team up with Russell to do it, and I don't know if I see that happening.  I also don't think Russell's team will EVER get rid of him (too much of a threat to come back later in the game).  I'm excited!

I agree! I didn't realize how good he was until last night.

I can't wait to see what happens between Ralph and Russell. I really hope Russell gets blindsided and somebody finally out-maneuvers him.

I think I'm gonna like Redemption Island. I'm already hoping that Francesca makes it back.

Did you see the look on that kid's face (what is his name?) when he got booted? That was frikkin' priceless.

I don't think Russell's sidekick made any friends with her speech at tribal last night.

I'm also very impressed that Ralph has kept quiet about his idol. IMO that's the sign of a great survivor player, the ability to keep your mouth shut at times. That's exactly why I won't ever play survivor, I can't keep my mouth shut!

Personally, I can't stand Russell, but he does make the show interesting. It's a fact that more people will watch to see a villian lose than they will to see a good guy win. I doubt we've seen the last of Russell though, and when/if he returns to the tribe, there will be heck to pay! I think the only person I might dislike more than Russell is his little friend Stephanie. At least Russell is intelligent! I was so happy that the one lady (what's her name?) didn't switch over to Russell's pack.

I'm really impressed with Ralph! Looking forward to seeing more from him.

Rob and Phillip crack me up. Phillip's such a dork! I wonder how long Rob will be able to put up with him.

Loving this season so far!

Yeah, glad to see a team finally come together and vote off Russell!  It seems like tribes rarely have the smarts and gall to vote of the head honcho!  I know Russell will be back though.  And Yes, let's see if Ralph can keep his mouth shut about the HII!  Would he be the first in Survivor history?

I am so carrot.gif that Russell is gone (at least for awhile). I am really liking most of the men and women from his tribe. They pulled it off!

Thats my problem, LOL!

I don't know how I'm liking this season - Russell is really annoying me, and so is Rob.  I was PISSED that they intentionally lost the challenge this episode, that was just not very smart.

Hopefully it will pick up.  I also thought it was dumb that the duel's were witnessed by the tribes.

I don't think they've said exactly, just 'at some point'.

I'm thinking maybe whoever is at Redemption Island will come back when the tribes merge?

They should have made the Redemption Island rules more clear. I don't like the fact that the producers have so much control of the game.

Maybe not.... whenever the contestants know exactly when something is going to happen, they start to manipulate it too much. That's what happened with the Merge. When it became clear when it would happen and that remaining voted off players would be on the Jury - things got too predictable. The social game gets to easy to map out. If they know the rules or date the Redemption Island player will be introduced back into the game, it could be over manipulated.

And although that can make for excited TV I would rather see them react to the current known, then spend too much time manipulating a "prefab" timeline.

I took that as she wanted the rules of RI more clear to the viewers, not the contestants, but I could be wrong.
