I wasn't going to watch. But then I just happened to find myself watching TV and it just happened to be on.... Well I loved it! I love the way it was narrated by the dead housewife. I wonder what her secret was?

It was everything I expected and more. This is the best show I have seen in a long time. I may even watch the repeat on Saturday. I wonder what's under the pool.

ETA: Did anyone else notice that Felicity Huffman's charachter was nursing her little girl?

I told TiVo to get the pilot, but I haven't watched it yet. So I may be joining you. As if I don't have enough tv to watch now!

I watched it last night! I thought it was pretty good. I just love Marcia Cross (formerly on Melrose Place), the Stepford wife! I liked the scene at the dinner table when her daughter says can't we ever have regular soup like Navy Bean (when the mom serves up Basil Puree). And when Felicity Huffman's husband wants to "risk it" without a condom and she smacks him!!! (I think the husband also used to be on Melrose Place --Doug Savant, who played Matt?)

Loved it, Loved it, LOVED IT!!

Wasn't planning on watching but I had a fussy baby who needed mama to sit and rock.
Notonly was she nursing an ACTIVE baby, but the crib was in their room. Not as cool as family bed, but still cocleeping.
Andit was not lost on me that her 3 boys were making themselves known while mine were tearing up the family room while I sat on my franny watching!

I loved it, too. Don't know if dh "loved" it. He was kind of soured on it when he heard it's supposed to be like a prime time soap. We decided it's no more soapy than "Sex in the City", a show we both loved.

Can anyone remember what the note said?

Warning :: Spoiler Ahead! Highlight to read message!
I think it was "I know what you did. You disgust me." and then I can't remember the third line.

This is what I think is under the pool:

Warning :: Spoiler Ahead! Highlight to read message!
Narrator/suicide woman killed someone and husband helped bury that person under the pool. Husband knows what the note said and is trying to dig up the body and move it elsewhere. Their son knows what's going on. Hunky single guy that Terri Hatcher is trying to snag is actually a p.i. and is trying to figure out the mystery.

Someone moved my effing cheese.

Yep, it was Doug Savant. I recognized him right off, but it took me a while to remember who he was.

The nursing mom also had a crib in her bedroom.

The third line of the note said:

Warning :: Spoiler Ahead! Highlight to read message!
I'm going to tell

I LOVED this show. Can't wait to see how it plays out.

Slightly T -- Doug Savant, Matt from Melrose Place, is married to Laura Leighton, who played Sydney Andrews on Melrose Place. photo They have a 4yo son. OK, that's my Entertainment Tonight/People Magazine moment for the day...

Oh goody. Dh and I watched it, I enjoyed it. Afterwards I said to dh, "Did you like it...wanna watch the next one?" I was really expecting a NO but he said, "I really like it-I'll definitely watch this show!" It'll be our new "don't tell his friends we watch it..." show.

I LOVED THAT! I was so like... oh, oh, oh ... look... OMG... a nursing mom... and, that baby is not 2 weeks old, she's more like 6 months.. WHOO - HOO. I noticed the crib in their room too, ok... better than nothing, right?

I ALSO noticed that mom and dad were having some "alone" time while big brothers were sent outside with a football... ok, fine... I guess .... but WHERE WAS THE BABY? I didn't see the baby come in the room with the closed door, no baby went outside with big brothers (not that THAT would have been a great idea either).. but, hello, did they just leave her in the living room wide awake and alone and decide to have some fun for ... as dad put it.. 20 minutes.

Anyway, yeah, I'm watching too... loved this one!

If there is the remains of a dead child in that toybox, there is no way I could continue to watch this show.

I just hope my speculation spidey sense is wrong.
