How fun would that be! Just another reason I'd love to live in Florida!

I've been trying to get my dh interested, but since no one gets blown up, killed, tortured, and there's no espionage, he's not really into it.

Basically, it's not 24, so it's not for him.

Take care!

I thought you were talking about trying to convince your DH to live in Florida ROFL - I was like "I guess she doesn't read the news" bwahaha

Yeah, my post did read like that, didn't it? Sorry.

I'd probably have an easier time getting DH to consider moving to Florida (we're not winter people) than I would to get him to watch The Office.

Sounds like my DH. How many movies can there be about military people in cover-ups? Or cops going bad? He seems to find an endless supply of these movies on netflix with shooting, bombs, planes, torture, court, the military, and any combination of the above!!

I finally just saw the episode...the part with the M&Ms was too funny!! I am calling DH "Dr. Krentist" this week.

My favorite part - when they started telling stories about their relatives dying and they were actually movies.

Yes! "We watched my cousin Mufasa get trampled by wildebeest...the entire audience was affected...the whole story would take me about an hour and half to tell."

And Dwight shoving the did bird into the aluminum can.

And Michael crying at the funeral.

yea, this was another one that was kinda too hard to watch at first, but then it got better when Pam started taking the funeral sorta seriously, but not. It was a perfect mix of touching but hilarious. "Just Once" on the recorder.

I thought it was "On the Wings of Love".

OK, someone... the only movie I can identify is Weekend at Bernie's. : I knew they were talking about movie plots ("the whole audience...of what happened") but what movies were they? I thought Pam was just making it up.

Ditto on Jim's new love interest. No! Stop it! So my prediction is that Jim will come back to the Scranton office with a new long distance girlfriend. :

Pam is so nice. I can't believe she actually sang "OTWOL".

Pam's was Million Dollar Baby (according to DH), Ryan's was the Lion King.

Funny moments for me were:

-Dwight stealing "the ball" during their circle time to talk about dead relatives
-Dwight talking about how he now has the power of a man....AND a baby
-Pam not wanting to hug Michael
-Michael saying, "YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!" to Dwight as he stormed out of the room to see the bird
-The fact that NOBODY else even knew Michael's boss who died and he acted like everyone should be all sad
-Michael's plan for a statue and Dwights plan for a 6 ft. rope

:

I'm sure there's more I forgot..

Oh. Ya. And what's up w/ this new chic. Arrg. I want Pam and Jim together darnit!

OK, not to be the Office police, but didn't Gladys and Creed know him?

So funny - "A life-size robot" "No we'll make him 3/4 size so we can overpower him in case he attacks" Dwight cracks me up. Did y'all notice how Angela looked impressed by Dwight's twin absorbtion story?

Finally, a funny episode. I haven't really enjoyed this season so far, but I thought last night's show was pretty good.

The line that got me to laugh out loud was Michael saying (and I'm sure this isn't 100% accurate), "He died suddenly. Alone. Without even having his own head to comfort himself."

And, "His cappa got tated."

Michael didn't make me as uncomfortable this time, and I loved Pam for figuring out what was bothering him (dying alone, having no one there, etc.,) and trying to help out with that funeral.

Not really into Jim and Karen, and really not into Pam and Roy either. Oh well.

Take care!

They did say that Phyllis and Creed had worked with Ed Truck.

The love triangles that look to be coming our way seem interesting..But we all know it will be Jim and Pam in the end!! :

I keep trying to figure out how they are going to play this - I mean Jim isn't leaving the show, they aren't going to maintain seperate offices forever, so my guess is for some inexplicable reason they'll have the scranton branch absorb the stanford branch? Then Jim will have Pam and Karen in the same office and a new set of people will get to know and love Michael, could be pretty interesting. I just wish they'd hurry up and do it already.

I didn't get that pam was quoting a movie or even Ryan until the weekend at bernies thing - I just thought they were making it up, but I didn't see million dollar baby so that's probably why it didn't click.

I don't like the new Jim Karen thing, but I'm glad Jim is starting to fit in at his new office. Jim is like the nice regular guy in the bunch of misfits, I have to root for him.

I love Whose Line, I can't believe I didn't recognize Chip! He is such an amazing singer/improv guy. But it's Wayne Brady I have a huge crush on...

I am wondering how long the Pam/Jim thing is going to get dragged out. I keep waiting for one of them to call the other and tell them something funny - like Pam could tell Jim about the bird funeral or Dwight thinking he was the manager that time. They haven't even spoken, have they?
