It started filming as a regular episode of "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations," in Beirut, and ended up chronicling the experience of being stranded in Beirut as the Israeli/Lebanese conflict flared and escalated.

It ended up being a very, very powerful show.

Did anyone else see it?

My husband and I watched it. It was NOT the episode they had expected to produce, but we found it fascinating.

We watched it too (dh and I). Wow.

I just kept thinking about how terrible it must be to have kids and be stuck in that awful conflict.
