:( 10 years of breastfeeding and losing it.

I have three kids. In September I will have nursed 10 years straight. I have a 3.5 year old that is still nursing. Recently he has decided to nurse ALL THE TIME. 6 hours a night, and every single time I sit down during the day. It is exhausting me. I believe in child led weaning. And if he nursed to sleep and occasionally...I would be okay with that....but the non-stop nursing is turning me into an incredibly grumpy mom.

Any tips? Hugs? Advice?

Hugs. My first weaned early. My second is 14 months and going strong. I would love to sleep through the night though. I'm waiting for my child led night weaning.

My guess is that this change in pattern is due to a physical or developmental spurt. I would think it will be temporary. Has anything else changed; started preschool or some other life change?
