Does anyone have a resource for monitoring heart tones in labor? What's normal? What's not? Where to place doppler as baby moves down?  Thanks.

If you don't have a copy, I would recommend buying Heart & Hands by Elizabeth Davis. It is a midwifery book and chapter four would cover your question.
